- Over a period of one year to work out in a planned manner a STRATEGIC PLAN, in consultation with all permanent faculty members, which will be put to Management for finalization, e.g.:
- October 6, 2008: Staff Workshop I on 'Re-focussing on the College Vision, Mission and Goals in the light of the present situation' (Resource Person: Mr. Conrad Saldanha, Dean of the Times School of Marketing)
- March 4, 2009: Staff Workshop II on 'Strategic Planning' (Resource Person: Mr. Conrad Saldanha)
- October 2009: Staff Workshop III on 'Strategic Planning Contd.'
