In 2001 staff and students working in collaboration with The Times of India Foundation and two Municipal Schools began a project to enhance education.
Expansion of the Municipal School project:
Since the academic year 2004-05, one student from each batch of the Project who shows the maximum potential is being sponsored through a professional course. To date, two students (Sunil Avhad and Alok Pardeshi) have been placed in professional courses through scholarships obtained by the College.
A project of remedial teaching has been taken up at Vangani, in a rural tribal school since April 2005
