EX-STUDENT ASSOCIATION (SCESA)

SCESA was established in 1945. It has centres in Pune, Goa and Bengaluru.

Vision Statement: SCESA will be an empowering haven for women, will help women network and bond together for a common good, will be an anchor for women working and supporting each other, will grow and expand in activity-based fellowship.

SCESA Activities encompass: Remedial classes for the underprivileged, development skills for school/college dropouts, fund-raising for the mentally challenged and poverty- stricken, career guidance seminars for students. In collaboration with SHARE (an NGO run by an ex-student), rainwater harvesting, sanitation and educational projects are carried out in the villages of Maharashtra.

An important collaboration with the CUC of the college is Career Connections.

Contribution to Ex-students’ Fund:

Life Member

Rs. 500/- (For: students - within 1 year after graduation)

Rs 1,000/- (For: students - after 1 year of graduation)

Patron Member

(For ex-students, staff members and ex-staff members)

Rs. 5,000/- and above

ALL graduating students are invited to become Life/Patron Members of SCESA.
